Terms And Conditions For Graphic Design Services

These Terms and Conditions govern Artmusey’s provision of graphic design services to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Artmusey provides a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Branding & Identity Design
  • Marketing & Promotional Materials
  • Digital & Web Graphics
  • Packaging & Product Design
  • Print & Publication Design

Specific services will be detailed in the project proposal or agreement.

2. Project Process

Proposal & Approval

  • A detailed project proposal, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing, will be provided.
  • Work begins upon written approval and receipt of an initial deposit (if applicable).

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear project requirements, materials, and deadlines.
  • Timely feedback and approval at each project stage.

Revisions & Modifications

  • The project includes  10 rounds of revisions as specified in the agreement.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

3. Payments & Fees

Pricing & Estimates

  • Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and timeline.
  • Additional services requested after the agreement will be billed separately.

Payment Terms

  • A 100% deposit is required to begin the project.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered.
  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal, Card, Wise, Payoneer, and Bank Transfer.

Late Payments

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 20% per week.

4. Ownership & Rights

Copyright & Usage Rights

  • Clients receive non-exclusive usage rights to the final designs for agreed purposes upon full payment.
  • Artmusey retains copyright ownership unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, and fonts) will be properly licensed.
  • Artmusey is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.

5. Confidentiality

  • All client information, project details, and materials shared with Artmusey will be confidential.
  • Artmusey reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless specified otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • If the client cancels the project, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.

Termination by Artmusey

  • We reserve the right to terminate services due to breach of terms, lack of communication, or failure to pay.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Artmusey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.
  • Clients are responsible for final proofreading and approval. We are not liable for errors after client approval.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in our office.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of London, United Kingdom.
